Hoi An once known as Faifo, is a coastal city on the eastern coast of Vietnam’s South Central Region. It is home to about 120,000 people and has been here for two thousand years.

Cao Lau is the foremost traditional food in Hoi An. Visitors to Hoi An always remember Cao Lau, which was considered by the Quang Nam people as a special symbol representing Hoi An.
The highlight of shopping here has simply got to be the local crafts and handicrafts. This is not a large city with huge shopping malls.
There is much to see in Hoi An and its surrounding areas. The ancient monuments are of course at the top of every list.
