1. ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS
Your
passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to
your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in
possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for
travel.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit
of USD100$ per person is required upon confirmation of tour booking. You have
peace of mind until 2 months before departure dates. At that point, we would
require full prepayment only 60 days before departure for all services
by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/fees to
be paid by the client. If the balance is not paid in full by
the due date, we will regard the booking as cancelled. Please click

3. CHANGE OF YOUR BOOKING
Flexibility
is our strongest point. You can amend your booking when it is made. Just
contact us at info@newvisiontour.com
with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking
accordingly.
4. CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING
You
can cancel your confirmed booking at any time following conditions of
cancellation made by New Vision Tour. Please be noted that NON REFUNDABLE
deposit of USD10$ for hotels, air ticket booking and USD100$ per person upon

WEBSITE ACCURACY AND LOCAL CONDITIONS
The
descriptions of hotels, tours, cars, flights and other services in this website
have been compiled based on current information available at the time of
creation. However, changes may occur after the date of publication. There may
be occasions, when facilities may be withdrawn or reduced by accommodation
owners or proprietors of other services. Such changes are beyond our control.
However, when we are informed of any development work, or changes in the
information shown in this website, we will make every effort to advise you
before departure.
6.
LIABILITIES
New Vision Tour is
not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers.
Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster,
political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are
required to have full travel insurance.
Airline
schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should
this occur, New Vision Tour will
endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation
on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties
involved.
7.
INSURANCE
Travel
insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's
responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier
provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for
details.
New
Vision Tour strongly advises that you should
purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your
tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost baggage and personal
items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is
declined.
