Trek through the hills and beautiful emerald green valleys of Sapa, the heart of remote mountainous Northwest Vietnam, you will visit neighbouring villages of Cat Cat, Lao Chai and Ta Van, witness how the current of life has bubbled along here for centuries. This three-day trekking offers you full of opportunities to discover several different minorities along the way and be immersed in traditional hilltribe culture while relishing the striking landscapes of Sapa and its surrounds.

SAPA TREKKING TOUR 3 DAYS

Day 1: Hanoi - Lao Cai for Sapa

Our English assistance will pick up & bring you to the Hanoi Station at 120 Le Duan Str., Hanoi for getting on an overnight train journey from Hanoi to the border town of Lao Cai.

Day 2: Lao Cai - Sapa - Cat Cat Village (B/L)

The train arrives at the Lao Cai train station at approximately 6:00am. There will be a vehicle waiting to transfer us to Sapa. The drive to Sapa is only 33 km but it takes around 1.5 hours. Once at Sapa, we will check into hotel (early check-in subject to availability) and have breakfast. Freshen up and relax at leisure before exploring Sapa town, Sapa market. In the afternoon, take a 2km trek to Cat Cat village, home to the H’mong Ethnic. Meet & talk with the local to understand more about their daily life. Back to Sapa by car and overnight at hotel in Sapa.

Day 3: Sapa - Lao Chai & Ta Van Villages - Hanoi (B/L)

Awakening to the sounds of a new day, we have breakfast at hotel and then take a morning drive to Lao Chai - Ta Van villages, short trek to Lao chai, Ta van villages to meet and talk with Giay people and to explore their daily life and beautiful landscape. You will have plenty of opportunities to share cultural experiences with the local families living in the area. Transfer to Lao Cai train station for night train back to Hanoi. Transfer to Lao Cai train station for night train back to Hanoi. Overnight onboard. The trip ends at Hanoi station.
